D4D
Velo Life is proud to be associated with the Distance for Difference (D4D) charity organization. D4D is a Christian based local charity that works mostly with needy children in the Helderberg area. This non-profit organization makes use of athletes in our area in order to generate funds through individual donations and funding generated through sporting events such as the Cape Town Cycle Tour and the D4D 500 challenge.

Basin MTB Club
The BasinMTB Club is in charge of all Mountain Bike riding on Lourensford Estate. This is probably one of the most scenic farms in the Western Cape and has been playing host to major cycling events such as the Cape Epic, Wine-2-Whales and much more. Please note that this is a highly restricted venue and nobody will be able to gain access to the farm unless you are a member of the club or prior arrangements have been made with the club committee in order to gain access. Please contact the shop for more info regarding this club.
